Pre Register As a Class Member

Deadline for Pre-Registration is December 31, 2025.

Pre-registration is open to anyone who was an owner-occupant, tenant or visitor in Chelsea Meadows between May 14, 2024 and December 31, 2925.

After the deadline, you will need to wait unit the final settlement is
announced to register and you will not receive any updates.
There is no cost or obligation to pre-register and all information submitted will
be kept confidential and not shared with any third parties.

What Happens Next

Once a class action attorney has been retained, the lawsuit will proceed and, if successful, the terms and conditions of the Class Settlement will be announced. The size of the settlement you can receive will depend on the total amount of the settlement and the total number of class members who file a claim. The time frame for the entire process will be determined by how easily the attorney can gain access to all the camera files and how long it takes to reach a settlement. You will be updated on the progress if you pre-register below.

Your Options

You must register to join the lawsuit as a class member and receive any share of the settlement. By pre-registering, you will help streamline the process of determining the class size and gathering data.

If you do not want to be a part of the class action, you will have the opportunity to opt out of the lawsuit once a final settlement has been reached, even if you have pre-registered.

If you are an owner, it is important that you vote in the upcoming December 15, 2025 election and vote against Marianella Yepez, Barbara Maimoni, Jennie Guidinio, Ihab Fadley and Zoraida Rosado. If they are still in control of Chelsea Meadows, they can block access to stored camera records that will delay or prevent determining how many residents and guests were recorded without consent. They may also use Association Funds (your money) to defend against this class action lawsuit and delay any potential settlement.
